Lexie's first visit to the pediatrician. She weighed in below her birth weight at 7lbs, 5oz and was declared 'perfect!' We think so! :)

The History of the Cradle

This is a picture of my dad in the summer of 1980, making a cradle for me. It provided a cozy sleeping spot for myself and my brothers as well as a few cousins through the years. As we got older, it got tucked away in storage, awaiting a grandchild to put it back to use. Lexie now has the privilege of sleeping in the cradle her grandpa made 29 years ago. How special!
